Yes, many native fruit powders are naturally concentrated in flavour. We recommend starting with a small amount and adjusting to taste, especially with tart fruits like Davidson Plum, Lemon Aspen and Kakadu Plum.
Freeze-Dried Powders
Freeze-dried fruit powder is made by removing moisture from fruit at low temperatures, then milling it into powder. This helps retain natural colour, flavour and aroma while creating a convenient shelf-stable ingredient.
Native fruit powders can be used in smoothies, desserts, yoghurt, baking, sauces, cocktails, chocolate, glazes and savoury recipes. They are also popular with chefs, food manufacturers and health-focused brands.
Frozen Fruit & Purées
Frozen products require special handling and are generally shipped using suitable cold-chain or refrigerated transport (wholesale orders) or Express Post/Fedex depending on the order size and delivery location.
