Strawberry Gum Flakes (Eucalyptus olida) – Natural Strawberry Flavour Herb

Strawberry Gum Flakes are a premium native Australian herb known for their intense natural strawberry-like aroma, with subtle notes of passionfruit and eucalyptus.

Harvested from Eucalyptus olida and carefully dried, these flakes deliver a high-impact flavour used by chefs, distillers, and food innovators across desserts, beverages, and gourmet products.

What Makes Strawberry Gum Unique?

Natural strawberry flavour with no additives or artificial flavouring
Highly aromatic – a small amount goes a long way
Versatile across sweet and savoury applications
Premium native Australian ingredient
Used in cocktails, desserts, and functional food products

How to Use Strawberry Gum Flakes

Strawberry Gum is best used as a flavouring ingredient rather than a bulk herb. Its natural oils release a strong berry aroma when infused or lightly ground.

Desserts: Ice cream, chocolate, cheesecakes, panna cotta
Beverages: Cocktails, gin infusions, teas, cordials
Baking: Cakes, muffins, biscuits
Savoury: Spice blends, sauces, glazes

Usage Guide

Due to its potency, start with a small amount (approximately ¼ teaspoon) and adjust to taste. Strawberry Gum works particularly well when infused into liquids or ground into a finer consistency.
