Raspberry & Davidson Plum Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 60ml White Rum
  • A Dash of Cointreau
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Davidson Plum Freeze-dried Powder
  • Fresh Berries (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Remove the frozen raspberries from the freezer and let them sit for a few minutes to slightly thaw. This will make blending easier and result in a smoother texture.
