I actually bought this for my 28yr old son. He has ASD but he loves to cook all sorts of different foods. Unlike me, I don't like any type of spicy or hot, ( chilli, curry, etc),foods. I was watching Masterchef and they were using the Davison Plum, so I looked it up and I found it on your website. He hasn't used it yet but it will be very interesting to see what he does with it.
